- A. Morgan Cloud III (1947–) is, as of 2012, an Emory law professor who has published extensively on the Fourth Amendment and other aspects of criminal law and procedure. Born in Washington, D.C., Cloud earned his undergraduate degree from Grinnell College in 1969, his master's degree from the University of Iowa in 1972, and his law degree from Cornell University in 1977.
