Alliance for Community Media
Definition
- The Alliance for Community Media (ACM) is a nonprofit, member-driven organization of community groups and individuals dedicated to serving the interest of PEG (public, educational and government) cable TV access organizations and community media centers across the United States. Founded in 1976, it represents more than 3,000 such organizations and millions of people who utilize PEG channels to engage with their communities.
