Definition
- The Barack Obama administration officially began on January 20, 2009, when Barack Obama, the former Democratic Senator of Illinois, was sworn in as the 44th president of the United States. Despite being early in its tenure, already the Obama administration's drug policy shares some similarities with the preceding George W.
