- Companies have always been concerned about the loss of trade secrets and misrepresentations by employees with respect to performance, hours, and expenses. Furthermore, because of new laws requiring extensive protection of client data, organizations are resorting to measures more extensive than ever to make sure that such data are not compromised by employees.
