Definition
- The realm of employment policy includes a diverse set of public programs and regulations that seek to improve a population's employment experience. In particular, employment policy attempts to reduce employment-related risks for the population, to improve the overall quantity of employment opportunities available, and to promote the quality of established employment relationships.
