Definition
- Established in 2002, the Every Child Matters Education Fund (ECM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit nonpartisan organization working to make public investments in children, youth, and families a national political priority. ECM provides a vehicle for children and families to promote their fuller representation in the democratic process.
