- Global reports are studies that present and analyze issues of global concern and international reach. Global reporting initiatives are a phenomenon of the second half of the 20th century that emerged at the intersection of increasingly globalized social science, think tanks, and international organizations like the UN system or the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
