- International management is the application of management concepts, techniques, tools, and skills in multinational corporations (MNCs) operating in cross-cultural environments. Specifically, international management applies organizing, planning, leading, and controlling techniques to achieve coordination and control the variety of operating contexts in which MNCs compete.
