organizational spirituality
Definition
- Organizational spirituality can be defined as a transcendent belief system that rises above rationality and holds that there is a power, beyond the self or the ego, that could and should be included in an individual's working life and working environment or organization. Organizational spirituality can be viewed as an aspect of the wider concept of spirituality, which is an attachment to, or regard for, things of the spirit as opposed to material or worldly interests.
