Definition
- “The tongue has no bones, but can crush bones.” This Greek proverb stresses the power of effective speech and how powerful people fear it (which largely accounts for the lack of civic communication options in Greece even today). People who possess that power have used graffiti to transmit their messages into an otherwise rather inaccessible public domain.
