Definition
- Teaching students how to handle conflict and make proper choices when faced with difficult situations (such as peer pressure to use drugs or commit a crime) is a popular intervention that is a part of many different programs and interventions. A key concern is to teach youths how to handle acceptably social and emotional situations that they encounter both in school and throughout their lives.
