Definition
- INDIVIDUALS AND HOUSEHOLDS are socially insecure when they lack sufficient opportunity to access resources and services to secure the basic human needs of livelihood, health, and safety. This includes the inability to enjoy fundamental human rights such as self-determination, freedom from manipulation and discrimination, and freedom from abuse and conflict.
