- Automobile-related traffic crimes include a range of activities involved with driving or controlling an automobile that have been designated as criminal in themselves or that facilitate or are otherwise related to some form of criminal activity. The most common of these involve speeding, failing to obey safety and maintenance standards, and disobeying traffic signs.
