Anna R. Lavin
Definition
- Anna R. Lavin (1921–1968) was a former federal prosecutor before becoming a prominent criminal defense attorney in Chicago, Illinois. She argued several cases before the U.S. Supreme Court in her distinguished career, including the Fourth Amendment wiretapping case of United States v. Kahn (1973).
