Definition
- The Canadian Law and Society Association/ Association canadienne droit et société was formed in the early 1980s to expand the academic study and teaching of law and society, and law-related disciplines, across Canada. The movement was spurred by the Arthurs Report on “Law and Learning” in 1983.
