- THE CANADIAN ONCOLOGY Societies (COS) is a federation of oncological societies within Canada. Current membership includes the Canadian Association of Medical Oncologists, the Canadian Hematology Society, the Canadian Society of Surgical Oncology, the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists of Canada, the Canadian Association of Nursing in Oncology, and the Canadian Uro-Oncology Group.
