Corporation for Supportive Housing
Definition
- The mission of the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH), according to its own statement, is “to help communities create permanent housing with services to prevent and end homelessness.” Since 1991, CSH has been working to prevent and end homelessness across the United States. Through technical assistance, grant-making and lending, advocacy, research, and other activities, CSH has been developing supportive housing and services to prevent and end homelessness for the several hundred thousand families and individuals who are at risk or become and remain homeless for long periods of time.
