Harry Blackmun

  • Harry Blackmun (1908–1999) was born in Illinois but grew up in Saint Paul, Minnesota, before earning undergraduate and law degrees at Harvard University. President Dwight D. Eisenhower appointed him to the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1959, and President Richard M.
