Definition
- Homer Stille Cummings (1870–1956), a native of Chicago, was a noted lawyer and politician who served in elected and appointed office at the local, state, and national levels. Cummings graduated from Yale University Law School in 1893 and began practicing law in Stamford, Connecticut.
