- THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION of Cancer Registries (IACR) is a professional society whose members are cancer registries and individuals and organizations with an interest in cancer registration. It was founded in 1966 to facilitate the exchange of ideas among cancer registries and to improve data quality and comparability between registries.
