Definition
- THE JONSSON COMPREHENSIVE Cancer Center (JCCC) is affiliated with the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). The JCCC dates back to the 1960s, when a group of scientists and volunteers and UCLA began development of a cancer center that would combine excellence in research, education, and patient care; this goal was realized when the JCCC was designated a Comprehensive Cancer Center by the National Cancer Institute in 1976.
