- AMERICAN MEDICAL EDUCATOR and oncologist Lawrence H. Einhorn won the Charles F. Kettering Prize of the General Motors Cancer Foundation in 1992 for “the development of a chemotherapy regimen that cures the majority of patients with advanced testicular cancer.” Lawrence Henry Einhorn was born in 1942 in Dayton, Ohio.
