- Lebanese Americans are immigrants from Lebanon, a country of 3.9 million people as of 2007, as well as their descendants. Lebanese Americans represent one of the many diverse groups of the Arab nations, including Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, the People's Democratic Republic of Yemen, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, and the Yemen Arab Republic.
