Definition
- In 1968, students and their parents filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California (district court), against the Pasadena City Board of Education (school board), Pasadena Unified School District (school district), and school officials, seeking injunctive relief from alleged unconstitutional segregation of schools in the school district.
