- The Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD) is an organization of more than 5,000 members from various academic disciplines concerned with the study of child development. Disciplines include, but are not limited to, anthropology, home economics, linguistics, neuroscience, nursing, nutrition, pediatrics, psychiatry, psychology, public health, and sociology.
