Definition
- Transportation incidents, industrial accidents, plant fires, natural disasters, and terrorist attacks can result in the high-level release of chemicals. When a crisis arises following an accidental or intentional chemical release, the specific physical, chemical, radiological, and toxicological risks must be identified.
