critical success factors
Definition
- Critical success factors are those relatively few things that must be accomplished for the individual or the organization to be considered successful by important stakeholders. Critical success factors are important to identify and understand because they focus attention on the things that matter most rather than on the trivial things that consume most of the manager's time.
