hot groups
Definition
- Hot groups are relatively small groups of individuals characterized by an impassioned state of mind that is sharply focused on their task. The challenge of the task—not the relationships among the members or the structure of the group—is a hot group's compelling reason to exist. [Source: Encyclopedia of Leadership; Hot Groups]
