- The Integrated Science Program (ISP) is a National Science Foundation–sponsored interdisciplinary program at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR). ISP was founded in 2009 and absorbed two previous NCAR programs: the Institute for the Study of Society and Environment (ISSE) and The Institute for Integrative and Multidisciplinary Earth Studies (TIIMES).
