Definition
- Life Skills Training (LST) has been designed to address key risk and protective factors associated with the initiation and escalation of problematic behaviors and unhealthy lifestyle choices. LST has been designed to target social and intrapersonal factors by providing the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to actively resist social influences promoting engagement in unhealthy living practices.
