Definition
- Moral entrepreneurs are those who take the lead in persuading society to create rules or policy based on particular moral viewpoints; they often aim to control personal behavior and definitions of morality. Such crusades for the betterment of society generate greater social concern, which may culminate in the establishment of long-standing social changes and enforcement institutions.
