morale in schools
Definition
- Morale in schools is not simply a matter of keeping all members of the staff happy. The morale of staff, students, and parents all have to be considered and there are many different facets that can impact each of them: satisfaction with work, a clear understanding of their role and what is expected of them, praise and recognition for doing good work, opportunities for continuing growth and development, and a sense of safety and security are among the many issues that can play a role in determining the overall level of morale in schools.
