- The multisubsidiary corporate form (MSF) is a corporate ownership hierarchy with two or more levels of subsidiary corporations and a parent company at the top of the ownership hierarchy as a management company. The multisubsidiary corporate form focuses on ownership as the core component of industrial and capitalist corporate entities.
