Definition
- Organizational resilience is a firm's ability to recover quickly from high-impact disruptions and to become more robust as a result of the experience. Resilient organizations confront environmental jolts and unanticipated disruptions in ways that transform them into more vigorous and productive systems as a consequence of responding to the shock.
