Definition
- A park or reserve is an area that has been legally set aside for protection. The form of protection ranges from minor limitations on the use of certain materials or products to the complete exclusion of people and communities, some of whom may have been moved from within the area designated as a park on its creation and continue to be excluded from its boundaries, to ensure complete protection of the land and resources within the park.
