- Introduction Any instruction requires continuous student assessment for the purpose of enhancing the quality of the instructional processes and improving student learning. The test development process needs planning and systematic procedures for the whole process of test construction in order to enhance the reliability and validity of the assessment results to be used for instructional decisions.
