Definition
- Coordinated School Health (CSH) plays a central role in promoting the health and academic performance of school-age youth. According to Lloyd Kolbe, CSH generally has four main goals: (1) increase health knowledge, attitudes, and skills; (2) increase positive health behaviors and health outcomes; (3) improve education outcomes; and (4) improve social outcomes.
