Definition
- Joseph Renzulli and Sally Reis developed the schoolwide enrichment model (SEM) to encourage and develop creative productivity in young people. The SEM is based on Renzulli's enrichment triad model and it has been implemented in more than 3,000 schools across the United States and has continued to expand internationally.
