Definition
- Aside from rape, sexual victimization takes many forms, including experiences that involve physical and nonphysical contact. Examples of physical (non-rape) contact include unwanted sexual touching (fondling or groping), whereas types of nonphysical contact victimization include sexual harassment and stalking.
