Definition
- With the advancement of technology and research, a large number of medications and treatments are available for individuals who turn to healthcare professionals because of what they believe are a minor abnormality of their skin. It is therefore no surprise that some individuals perceive many skin diseases not as maladies, but as curable disorders that pose little threat to good health and well being.
