Definition
- To get school staff to make healthy lifestyle changes, they must first understand the implications of their current, unhealthy choices. The 2008 Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) publication You Can't Change What You Can't Measure points out that if people don't comprehend their own health status and are not able to objectively quantify it, it is unlikely they will make the necessary changes to improve their personal health.
