Definition
- Robbery involves the theft of property from an individual or an organization, often but not always with the use of violence or the threat of violence or another form of intimidation. Insofar as robbery is inspired by the need for financial gain, it has been committed by people of all categories, especially if they believed that they would not be caught or that their actions were justified.
