Definition
- The Annex 1 Expert Group (AIXG) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) was created in 1994 as an ad hoc cadre of government officials from the departments of environment, energy, and foreign affairs of countries that have committed to Annex 1 of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
