  • The Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM) is a nonprofit research institution in Italy, founded in 1989 by Eni, an integrated energy services corporation. As Italy's largest industrial company, Eni is 30-percent owned by the Italian government, and was originally created in 1953 as a state monopoly by Italian administrator Enrico Mattei.
