  • A Toronto, Canada-based organization, the International Council of AIDS Service Organizations (ICASO) is a global umbrella organizing body for community-based AIDS service organizations and nongovernmental groups. Founded in 1991, it has secretariats based in five different geographic areas (Africa, Asia/Pacific, Europe, Latin American and the Caribbean, and North America), as well as the main Canadian office.
