- The Center on Race, Crime and Justice, located at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, City University of New York (CUNY), is a multidisciplinary entity created to examine the critical issues at the intersection of race/ethnicity, crime, and justice. Emerging out of the need to study the contentious nature of crime and justice in the United States and its connection to issues of race and inequality, the center's main function is to publicize, produce, and disseminate empirical research surrounding various topics related to race, crime, and justice.
