Definition
- The National Center on Education and the Economy is a nonprofit organization that sponsored the efforts of the New Commission on the Skills of the American Workforce (NCSAW). The purpose of the NCSAW was to analyze the current education and training systems in America and to generate processes and policies that would ensure that the United States continued to compete in a global market.
