Definition
- Access-to-Enterprise Zones (AEZs), also called Enterprise Zones, Enterprise Communities, or Empowerment Zones, are economically depressed geographic areas where federal, state, and/or local governments promote job creation and income growth by providing financial incentives to businesses.
