diversity in curricula in the middle east

Definition

  • The Middle East is a geopolitical label that was given during World War II to the area extending from Morocco in North Africa, through the Levant, to the Persian/Arabian Gulf. It was during this time that the British military founded a “Middle East Command” in this area, distinguishing it from its other colonies located farther East in India.
