  • Interregional relations refers to region-to-region dialogues, cooperation, and interactions of a more structured variety. It tends to focus on relations between organizational and institutional expressions of regions, though it is not uncommon for the term to refer to relations between more loosely organized groups of states in cases where “regions” are more firmly established.
